Project types in this category include duplex and triplex units on urban infill lots, larger multiple-unit developments as either cluster-type developments or single large-structure types. Also included is experience re-positioning historic structures into multi-family residential units. In each case, we strive to create residential communities with a strong sense of neighborhood that is functional with aesthetically pleasing interior and exterior spaces.
