West Colfax Residences

The project scope includes the proposed construction of fourteen new single-family attached residences at on West Colfax in Lakewood, Colorado. This site has commanding views in each direction. South is of Green Mountain, East is to Downtown Denver, North is to the flatirons of Boulder and West is to the front range, flat tops, and hogback mountains.

Each unit shall be 2360 SF of enclosed living space plus a 440 SF two-car garage.
