Since our inception in 1990, Bormann Eitemiller Architects, P.C. (BEA) has approached every project with the simple philosophy that each client is unique and will require a sympathetic yet distinctive architectural solution. So, we sculpt our services to create and present multiple design concepts in an open debate format, resulting in the construction of the best possible design solution. Because of this, BEA has established and maintained a reputation for both a collaborative working method and the ability to deliver projects that are aesthetically pleasing, functionally organized, on schedule, and within budget.
Team
PAUL BORMANN – Architect/Project Designer
Paul brings over 35 years of experience to Bormann Eitemiller Architects, P.C., but his aspirations in the field go much further back, as shown by one of his earliest architectural renderings, drawn in 1966 when Paul was in first grade. “I always wanted to be an architect and I had an innate understanding of how architectural drawings communicate.”
As one of BEA’s founders, he has carried the business from its roots in Connecticut’s American colonials to Denver’s craftsman-style homes. Paul’s impressive architectural career is backed by a Bachelor of Architecture, a Master of Architecture, an instructor of architectural design at the graduate level, and a lecturer of architectural subject matter.
