The AltaVita Residences was designed for comprehensive care at all stages. The campus includes independent living with social and recreational space offerings, assisted living with bistro, ice cream parlor, hair salon, and fitness center, as well as a memory center designed with unique “neighborhoods” and indoor and outdoor community spaces.

Victorian House

Home to 26 seniors, Victorian House was designed around an interactive lifestyle. The residence includes a theater, multi-purpose spaces for arts and crafts projects yoga, and card games, large dining and private dining spaces, an exercise facility, and its own in-house beauty shop. A wrap-around porch and garden area enhance the residents’ connection to the outdoors as well.

Grace Pointe Senior Care Community provides independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care services, along with an array of lifestyle-enhancing services and amenities. The project includes three expansions to the fully occupied facility. The first expansion, being the largest, consisted of 26 apartments, while the other expansions were to the dining room in the rehabilitation wing and to the dining room in the assisted living wing.
