Projects in this category include custom-designed single-family homes of all sizes and architectural types. Homes are located on various terrains, including urban infill sites, unusual-shaped or steeply sloping properties, and mountain locations.

We have completed 100’s of custom homes including urban scrape-off, historical revival styles, rustic style, ranch style, modern style, and Frank Lloyd Wright style. Perhaps the most notable project in this category is the custom home we designed for actor Tim Allen. Mr. Allen’s home is an Appalachian-style log cabin. This two-story residence is part of a compound that includes a guest house, parking garage, and motor court.

Scraping off the old house allowed the homeowners to maximize their new home and create numerous spaces for entertainment. The new modern build features a large rooftop deck, a private deck off of the master suite, and 12ft basement ceilings to accommodate a golf simulator. The home also has a wine cellar and butler’s pantry, that accommodate all types of entertaining.
