Scraping off the old house allowed the homeowners to maximize their new home and create numerous spaces for entertainment. The new modern build features a large rooftop deck, a private deck off of master suite, and 12ft basement ceilings to accommodate a golf simulator. The home also has a wine cellar and bulter’s pantry, great for entertaining.
