Sympathetic Design for a Modern Family

Preserving this Jacques Benedict classic Mediterranean Revival house was so easy feat. Architectural updates to the interior included a makeover for every space on each of the three floors. Certain areas such as the entry foyer's vaulted ceilings, ironwork, light fixtures, wood trim, floors, and plaster walls were merely cleaned and repaired. Modifications include each of the five upper-level bedroom suites, a full kitchen remodel, a new butler's pantry, breakfast nook, updates to powder rooms, and parlor, as well as a remodel to the family rooms, a new exercise room, game room,  and wine cellar. Exterior renovations included the exterior living patio, new pergola, fire pit, and new garage doors approved by the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission.
